Also, I checked the SPF record for your domain. It doesn't include smtp.verizon.net or outgoing.verizon.net. You should do that if you're using an outgoing relay. That will allow people to better reject spam "from" your domain that isn't coming from you. That might help either keep you off black hole lists. (hmm, I used to have this set up for my domains, but that was a long time ago and it looks like I haven't kept up with changes in my DNS provider...) Matt
