I haven't set it up, so I don't know. I think I would want at least 
ports 993, 465, and 25 forwarded. Plus a port to run ssh over.

But I haven't figured out details, including how the static IP end 
forwarding would work. Almost like the tunneled server is NATed off the 
static IP.
