[Discuss] Community out-reach... convert the masses?

Everyone should be able to join. Asking each other for help is
pretty much the foundation of the group, as I see it.

But: nobody is entitled to anyone else's help. It's all
volunteer. On any given day, some people are going to be cranky
and hopefully have the maturity to not inflict it on others, and
some people are going to misread the room. Silence is also
tolerance.

A persistent pest or abuser should be ejected. I don't think
we're discussing that case, really.

Fun fact: nobody knows everything. We all ask for help from time
to time, we all give help from time to time.

Communism works really well at small scales like this.
