A deep technical dive into Linux on the Intel Galileo and other System-on-a-Chip (SoC) platforms

Abstract

We hold an interactive and deep technical dive into Linux on the Intel Galileo development board. We'll look at system level software and hardware, the boot sequence, file system structure, distro modifications, and overall performance. We'll discuss and demo a number of applications running on the Galileo.

Federico Lucifredi is The Ceph Storage Product Management Director at Red Hat, formerly the Ubuntu Server PM at Canonical, and the Linux "Systems Management Czar" at SUSE.
