Boston Linux & UNIX was originally founded in 1994 as part of The Boston Computer Society. We meet on the third Wednesday of each month at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, in Building E51.

Abstract

Join us at our annual celebration of free software. This year's schedule includes talks on:

  • free software for smart phones
  • protecting your privacy
  • how to contribute to free software (you don't need to be a techie)
  • how to make money with free software.

Beginners, experts and everyone in between are welcome to this free event!
