pretty print FAX w/ linux

While I haven't actually tried this, mgetty has some fax (and voice) 
capabilities built into it. I believe there's a piece of code it uses 
from Jef Poskanzer's PBM package, called pbmtog3, which converts a bitmap 
to a G3 fax format. Mgetty pipes the output of ghostscript through this, 
as I recall.
