error with SSH....

I just put up SSH on my linux box 2.03 of SSH and SUSE 6.2 of Linux... And
when I try to get on to a box at work (no Firewall). I get the following
error...

disconnected; protocol version not supported  (illegal protocol version) .

Any help..

Part two is this.. my xwm doen't start when I reboot...? It did before and
I haven't changed anything... Thanks again...
