Check it out.  Another group of rocket scientists have created a nifty
web service that requires platform specific plug-ins:

The nice thing is that they have a mechanism for you to paste
browser/OS configuration into a web mail form.

What if they got 150,000 bits of mail that said something like:

App Name              Netscape 
App Version           4.72 [en] (X11; U; Linux 2.3.99-pre6 i686) 
App Code Name         Mozilla 
User Agent            Mozilla/4.72 [en] (X11; U; Linux 2.3.99-pre6 i686)
