Request help setting up IP printer w/Jetdirect card

I'll ask again, what distribution are you running?  The reason I ask is
that at least RedHat, and probably most RedHat based distros have filters
that do this stuff automatically.  But I'm not going to waste my time
telling you how to set it up if you don't have a RH based system.
