i've never tried it.  is it actually available somewhere?  it seems
not to be in my cheapbytes RH6.2 distribution (as isn't fvwm, only
fvwm2).

right on.  as hardware capabilities improve, software writers
squander them, mostly to little purpose.

strange, isn't it.  no one seems to like them, but everyone
apes them.  ugh!
