my experience with redhat7.1 is that you need to change permissions on your 'Q'. chmod 755 <path/lp[n]> where path is to your spool, and lp is the Queue, n being the number(if you have more than one Queue). I'm assuming your behind a router, otherwise you can only have one connection to mediaone. --- "Let's roll..."--Todd Beamer On Mon, 1 Oct 2001 14:37:35 Patrick McManus wrote: >[Robert Grass: Mon, Oct 01, 2001 at 02:11:13PM -0400] >> >> When trying to Ping or traceroute the printer IP 192.168.1.5 I am faced with >> a 3Destination Host Unreachable2 >> It appears that the address 3From2 is a Mediaone IP (65.96.224.1) > >sounds like you don't have a route to that (private) network.. do you >have any other hosts on that lan? is it on a separate NIC from your >mediaone NIC? > >-P > >- >Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with >"subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the >message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored). > Get 250 color business cards for FREE! http://businesscards.lycos.com/vp/fastpath/ - Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored).
