It's not clear to me whether the Internet as a whole would be outlawed by 
the SSSCA bill. Perhaps the W3C patent scandal we've been hearing about is 
motivated by fear, rather than greed.

I've got this sick image of us all being legally required to wear the image
of Tux the Penguin, as a latter-day yellow Star of David.   :-P
