I've been looking around, and some howto's mention /dev/hde, others mention /dev/sda. In any case, here's what I get: # mount /dev/hde /mnt/flash -t vfat mount: /dev/hde: unknown device # mount /dev/hde1 /mnt/flash -t vfat mount: /dev/hde1: unknown device Same thing when I try /dev/sda. And while I'm at it, this whole /dev thing is a total mystery to me. Where would I look if I really wanted to understand the logic? Even better, how would I find out what devices there are? - Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored).
