portsenty + openbsd

I was just wondering if someone could help me out with a couple of
Portsentry questions (running on OpenBSD 2.8):

1. Is there any way to get PortSentry to run in classic mode without
opening "TCP_PORTS" specified in portsentry.conf?

2. Is it possible to run -stcp mode on Openbsd? (When I try to run it in
stealth mode the deamon trys to start and then bombs out)

thanks,
Jon
