Singing the praises of Speakeasy [was Re: unblock port 80]

Now there's a familiar story! Same thing happened with the blu.org server;
one of our members had an ISP and donated free co-lo for our server.
Eventually he sold the company, and the free co-lo for blu.org was 
grandfathered in. Then a few years later we suddenly got notice that they 
were raising our costs from zero to $1700 per month (a big part of the cost
was because our old server was a full tower, taking up about 12U of space
in its rack).
