Unable to logon as root from remote client

- Please, for the initial message, don't use 'Re:' for the subject

- You didn't mention which method you're trying to use for remote access

	- rsh, rexec: The controlling file is /etc/securetty. Contrary to the
documentation, the source code requires an entry of 'tty'
	- ssh: The controlling file is /etc/ssh/sshd-config, and the entry
	          "PermitRootLogin yes"

Both are security holes, but some distributions leave root access by ssh on
by default.
