Either SCO really has their ducks together and has a very strong case or they are looking for something. Could be that they want to assert their ownership of the Unix legacy sources. Could also be that they want to knock a few of their Linux competitors out of the market. If the Linux kernel base is actually polluted, then they could go after all their Linux competitors.
