Setting up a shared sftp file area

There should be some way to change the umask such that files dropped
in by those users are group rwx-able. Otherwise, just make everyone
chmod the files g+rw(x, if applicable).

Someone smarter than me, back me up or shoot me down on this one...my
file permissions knowledge is poor.
