Debian apt question

I upgraded my server from Debian Sarge to Etch.  I am having problems with
my Plone/Zope websites.  Is there a way that I can remove the Etch version
of Plone/Zope and replace it with my old Sarge version?.  I have Sarge on
CD's.  Is it OK to remove the new versions of the software and then change
/etc/apt/source.list to reference the Sarge CD's and then update and install
the Sarge version of Zope/Plone?
