S3 drive

 I must have something wrong with my S3 setup trying to use it as a disk from 
my XP desktop. 
I can get the client to run and authenticate, but it will not make a drive 
available 
even though the service is running and the software says it is there and 
available. 

But I can't seem to get support at the vendors site (palissimo authors of 
the s3drive software) 
because I can't receive their authentication email (grumble whine grumble) 

If anyone has some suggestions they would be appreciated. 

(If this works, then I will try using it from my Ubuntu system).
