F8 reset network after wake from suspend

 I find my wifi doesn't work after I wake from suspend.  Some googling 
told me that rmmodding then modprobing iwl3945 followed by a service 
network restart would work, and it does.  But I can't remember how to 
set it up so that happens automatically. 

rmmod iwl3945 && modprobe iwl3945 && service network restart 

I know I had to do something on the F6 installation I wiped out on this 
laptop, but I don't remember the right buzzword to look up.  Can anyone 
point me at a FM to R?
