If you want to convert the fat32 partition to ntfs from within Windows 2000 or better, from a command prompt, type: convert c: /fs:ntfs (assuming C is the partition to convert). Windows will then have you reboot as it first needs to schedule the conversion, which happens at the next reboot. Scott On Tue, 19 Aug 2008, Mark J.
