Great, I had an e1000 issue with running VMWare in the past but it's good to hear that the distros are on top of possible issues. http://www.linuxquestions.org/hcl has lots of great information in their forums, 1 post per device/motherboard makes it extremely well organized. I'm ordering the parts from NewEgg today, I'll repost if I have any issues with the installs. Thanks for the tips/advice! -Tim Callaghan On Mon, Oct 20, 2008 at 9:31 AM, Matthew Gillen <me-5yx05kfkO/aqeI1yJSURBw at public.gmane.org> wrote: > Tim Callaghan wrote: >> Does that mean that onboard video and ethernet are going to work fine >> with current releases of the popular distributions? > > Almost certainly.
