Ubuntu or Debian or other on an iMac G5?

I put Debian Etch on a G4 450MHz machine a few months ago. The
only difficulty was that I didn't have a USB keyboard, and the
cheap USB-PS/2 adapter gave funky results on some PS/2
keyboards. A genuine IBM worked well, though.
