Another one in the same ballbark, but with a different emphasis,
is GNU's libreJS:

I keep wanting to use this but disabling it to get my work done.  The
whitelisting seemed a little unreliable last I tried (probably not their
first priority given their purpose), though each version improves.
It is very granular in what you can whitelist, moreso than noscript.
