[Discuss] pass, PassFF, Cygwin

pass (aka zx2c4's password manager, aka the Unix Password Manager) works
just fine with Cygwin and Gpg4Win (vanilla). PassFF, the Firefox add-on,
was problematic.

Today I did some trouble-shooting on it and figured out (partially) why:
gpg and gpg2 weren't in the PATH. Which is odd since it's explicitly set
but something somewhere in the process strips/minimizes the PATH. The
short-term solution is to create symbolic links in Cygwin's
/usr/local/bin for
  /cygdrive/c/Program Files (x86)/GNU/GnuPG/pub/gpg.exe
and maybe (not sure)
  /cygdrive/c/Program Files (x86)/GNU/GnuPG/pub/gpg2.exe
