It would be useful for the watchdog script to check spamassassin.
What to check for is an open question.The obvious place to start
is to check that spamd is running.

A harder test would be to check that the rules actually block spam
and don't block legitimate mail. I'm not sure if that's really feasible
without a human in the loop.
