[BLU/Officers] Heads up: WIND list



Ok. You know the history.
Lately we've been getting a few feedback reports from drstuchi at aol. I did
not remove him because I only had a couple.  If I see a few more from him I
will remove him from the list. In general, when I see multiple feedback
reports for a listserv user I remove that user and many times ban them. Wind
has the most volume since it is the highest volume listserv and has the
highest number of idiots. Things seem to be pretty quiet over the past
couple of years.
