[BLU/Officers] Rebuilding BLU discuss list archive

A while back I had set up an offsite list archive for discuss at gmame.org,
and last night I found I was able to retrieve everything from the list
in the form of USENET news messages, using the "nget" command.
USENET messages are very similar to mbox mail messages.

Starting with an ancient backup of the list archive from May 2007,
I produced a couple message sets from the gmame download.
One set spanned the gap between the last message I had from May 2007
and the first message in the list archive on cheyenne, from May 2011.
The second set comprises the missing messages from when the
md device on pegasus hiccupped and we lost a week of traffic when
rebooting from a disk that was offline for a week.

I was able to convert the two sets into mbox archives and then
concatenate everything into a complete archive for the discuss list.
I'm currently waiting for Mailman's arch command to finish rebuilding
the html files, after which the local discuss list archive will once again
be complete.
