[BLU/Officers] Photos of BLU officers on about_blu web page

Hi, Bill.

I have a list of officers on the "About BLU" page that picks up a person's
preferred photo from gravatar.com based on their email address, and
falls back to a photo under http://blu.org/avatars/ if the address doesn't
exist on gravatar.com, or a default generic face icon if there's no match
in the avatars directory.

The same function is also used when displaying speakers in the calendar,
except that speakers won't have a cached icon, so if the speaker's
email address is undefined on gravatar.com, then they get the generic face.

At the moment, I have cached avatars for Jerry, Blake, and Christoph,
and David and I have our avatar images set up at gravatar.com. This
leaves your listing with the generic face.

If you'd like to add an image at gravatar.com, the officers list is looking
for your "bill.n1vux at gmail.com". If you'd rather just use a cached image,
you can email it to me and I'll add it to the avatars directory.
