[BLU/Officers] Travel expenses for speakers?

Hi, guys.

I had a brief discussion via email last night with Brian Kernighan,
Ken Thompson, and Doug McIlroy, and I'd like to invite one or more
of them as speakers to reminisce about the early history of UNIX.

However, they're all a fairly long distance away, so I'm guessing
we'd have to cover travel expenses and a hotel room, something
we've never done before. Also, I would expect such a meeting
to draw a bigger crowd than usual, so the rooms we currently
meet in would be far too small.

I imagine it's possible we could draw a crowd like we had for
Linus back in 1995, where we filled 26-100. We might also
want to publicize such a meeting in the Boston Globe like we
did for Linus.

What are your thoughts?
