That is the rule for Weeknights, is it for weekends?  Probably though
needlessly.

?MIT starts classes Weds 9/3 so August will be ?on Summer calendar.

So the date would still be tentative as of WIll's event.

That's ?Labor Day weekend, as Monday is the 1st .
I'd likely be available, as i avoid the interstates that weekend, but
others might have family plans.
If it's the only date MIT has in the book yet, it has the advantage that we
could announce it at this month's events, even though it's a holiday.
