[BLU/Officers] DMARC issues



As you have seen there is a big issue with DMARC caused by Yahoo.

There is not real good solution so far if you have been following the
discussion. I am going to experiment with 2 of our lists by setting the
"From:" address to the list. Mailman recommends we send to poster. We have
had many discussions on this before going back to the Marty Hannighan era.

But, the problem is that this Yahoo action also affects senders from
Comcast.net and gmail.com.

I'm not going to change any other list, but I may recommend that windiots
also make the change.
