[BLU/Officers] BLU 20 year anniversary

I picked up a package of 50 plastic cups and a cooler big enough to hold a
10-lb bag of ice.
I can get some plates and forks, too. I'll also pick up a few 12-packs of
soda.

It takes an hour for me to drive to MIT, and I'm not sure how well ice will
hold up for that long, even in the cooler. Can someone else bring the ice?
Without ice, the sodas will all be room temperature.

I called Jerry's cellphone a few minutes ago, but it went straight to
voicemail. Does anyone know which Bertucci's we've been ordering pizzas
from at the Installfests?

I'm thinking we should order the pizzas early enough that they arrive by
6:30, then we cut the cake just after we start the meeting at 7:00.
Federico can then start his talk at 7:30.

I've received no feedback on the number of pizzas. Assuming we get a crowd
of about 40-60 attendees, I'm thinking we should plan for 1/4 pizza per
person, rather than the 1/2 pizza per person we do for the installfests. So
that would come to 10-15 pizzas.

If nobody says otherwise, I'll just assume 15 pizzas: 4 pepperoni, 5 plain,
5 Pucillo, and 1 white pizza with garlic and onion. If I recall correctly,
that's what Bill ordered at the recent Installfest.
