[BLU/Officers] Testing new officers list on /usr/local

Questions:
1. I assume that the aliases are in /usr/local/mailman/data
2. What is the URL for administration/.
3. Since we can't really move all the other lists at once how do we prevent
someone from using http://lists.blu.org/mailman/admin/<list> rather than
http://lists.blu.org/mailman2/admin/<list>. I'm not worried about the
admins, but we have some really stupid people on some of these lists.
