[BLU/Officers] Need new speaker and topic for October BLU meeting

Lately we have had a discussion on RAID and filesystems. How about a
discussion on "What is RAID,, and a comparison on several Linux file
systems, EXT4, BTRFS, XFS, and ZFS". This is considering that BTRFS is
going to be the default file system for Fedora 21. Unfortunately I will
be in Bermuda on October 15 so I can't contribute.
