[BLU/Officers] Bill Bogstad unavailable for December



The timing is good for this talk because Red Hat Enterprise 7 is using
XFS as its default file system and Fedora 21 will be using BTRFS as the
default. So, I'd like to see some discusion of the major file systems,
ext3, ext4, xfs, BTRFS, and ZFS. And possibly why Red Hat is dropping
the ext3 and ext4 file systems.
