[Sampler] Test changes for WIND list to deal with yahoo mail

Every one of your messages I received that went through the sampler list
shows itself coming from a user named "This is the sampler test list", not
"Jerry Feldman", and both the From and Reply-To addresses are set to "
sampler at blu.org".

If we turn this on for the WIND list, then all list traffic effectively
becomes anonymous. The sender can say who they are within the message body,
but there's absolutely nothing in the message headers to show who sent the
message.

Any list member could easily forge another list member's identity within
the body of a message, and there's no way to tell which messages are
genuine and which are forged.

This is an *extremely* ugly workaround for the Yahoo issue. Better explain
the consequences to Fred before changing the WIND list to do this.
