BSDI vs. LINUX binary format?

Linux shared libraries are a creature unto themselves, so I doubt that
Linux binaries will work on other environments.

There has been a fair amount of development of ibsd, COFF, and ELF
binary support, so it's not inconceivable that binaries meant for
other environments will (eventually) run in compatibility mode under
Linux.

Speaking of binaries, I'm looking for a copy of INN built for SCO Unix.
Is there an archive of such tools out there on the net? Or does anyone
on this list run SCO?
