What is the RPM to install gcc???

I think this would be an excellent topic for a BLU
meeting.

I'd really like to have a step-by-step guide to FAQ's,
HOWTO's, and the gcc documentation, so I could learn
what's needed to compile the kernel with/without
certain features.
