Sys Admin - Webmaster Question

We are getting ready to deploy a few sites to a dedicated server and
would be happy to pay to have an experienced sys-admin/webmaster walk us
through a few minor things like setting up 2 virtual domains and
sendmail on the server (RH 6).

Anyone want to kill a half a day and make some relatively easy cash?
