off-topic: cable TV providers in cambridge

I AM TIGHT on money,
but the only option I have in Belmont is Basic cable from Cablevision without
box for ~$13
The channels I got are the bare basic UPN ABC NBC CBS FOX... for a total of 13
channels that only 8 of them usable (c'mon for how good the weather channel is,
I am not going to watch it for the whole night ;)
BTW, the antenna reception plain sucks!

They do not have any integration with cablemodem or such.

I found Warner Cable TV (now Mediaone) in Cambridge/Somerville was offering a
better service: less money ($10) for more channels (TBS AMC SciFi International
AnimalC where included over with the above), and I suppose now they have cable
modem as well :(
