I believe it was Joe Tucci speaking and Romney was in the audience, according to what I was told. EMC executives were contributors to Romney's campaign according to my friend that is still there. He was also telling me that out of approx 18 people in his dept. only three are not H1B's. I was laid off last June I am a USMC veteran. Only Americans were laid off no H1B's got touched! H1B's go all the way up through management they are from Ireland India and Israel. Also a lot of VP's are either H1B's or dual citizens to those countries. It is not so much of a payroll savings as it is a nepotism problem. Also according to my source Dick Eagan is A dual citizen. All I'm hoping for is to get on a level playing field.
