If you're interested in Bricolage, contact David Wheeler at Kineticode. 
He started the company to do exactly what you're looking for with the 
Bricolage CMS: planning, implementation, & support. Very smart guy, and 
I think you'll find the prices reasonable (especially against the likes 
of Vignette, et al). Please tell him I sent you.
