Thunderbird wierdness

It's not inconceivable that the extension is improperly persisting data 
from one message to the next. Say if you read a BLU message and it 
extracts the list header, then later habitually hit the reply-to-list 
button, it erroneously uses the last list address it extracted, instead 
of reinitializing that variable on every message read.

The intermittent nature might be a byproduct of whether you have viewed 
a list message prior to initiating a non-list reply in that TB session, 
combined with the frequency that you use the reply-to-list button when 
replying to non-list messages.

It would be worth reporting to the extension author.
