Ugh. Time to upgrade my server

I'm still running Fedora 8 on my server, and haven't had a compelling
reason to switch. Until now. It looks like atrpms no longer supports
Fedora 8. I hope to load Ubuntu 9.04 tonight.

One question: If I feel like pressing my luck and converting over from
MBox format to Maildir for Dovecot/Postfix (something I've been meaning
to do for a LONG time), is there an easy way of copying over the mail?
I found http://www.gerg.ca/hacks/mb2md/
but it's from 2002, and that makes me nervous.
