Organizing my files (EASILY!!)



Sorry for so many posts in a row, but I just want to add one more tangental
recommendation.

What's taking up all the space in ~? JDiskReport will tell you. It's a free
GUI tool that scans a whole filesystem branch and then gives you pie charts
of selected branches, from the in-memory cache, as you browse, showing what
is taking up the most space. See the screenshots to see what I mean.

I use it all the time. And I love that on friends' computers (if they have a
JRE configured right) I can launch it with Java Web Start with no permanent
installation.
