[BLU/Officers] lachesis and web software

Hi, Jerry.

There's still the weird routing problem that blocked me from putting
lachesis on the BUG subnet. I want to get that resolved before we
start moving anything onto lachesis.

Lachesis has only 72gb of space, whereas clotho will have 750gb,
once I find the correct size of drive mounting screws. I had planned
on moving the BLU website to clotho.

Given that the guest websites on vranix currently take up only 1.4gb
of space, there's enough extra space on lachesis for drupal, phpbb,
and a few other useful tools. Nagios on lachesis would be useful.

But before rolling all that out, lachesis needs to be functional on the
BUG network, with address 216.235.250.156, netmask 255.255.255.224,
and gateway 216.235.250.129. When I deployed lachesis at NEDV,
I was unable to get this to work. With these settings, I could ping
vranix's BUG address and several of Rick Zach's addresses on the
BUG subnet, but I could not ping or traceroute outside the BUG subnet.
I spent about an hour and a half fighting with it, then gave up and
moved it to rosetta's old address on the BLU subnet.

Basically, I think it needs fresh eyes. Can you drop by NEDV and
see if you can get it working on the BUG subnet?
