[BLU/Officers] lachesis and web software

While lachesis is mostly for guest sites, we don't have a lot of them. Could we also install some software (such as Drupal) on there to help some of these webmasters with things like calendars (eg Al Sherman with BUGC), uploading pictures (vhfcn and heli-vets).
