[BLU/Officers] Fwd: Room reservations for upcoming Boston Linux & Unix user group meetings

I received room confirmations for our monthly meetings for Feb-May. Still
waiting for January's confirmation and the InstallFest confirmation.

In March we'll be at the Stata Center, in room 155. I googled it and found
a description of it as a tiered classroom that seats 90 people. No
indication of whether it has ethernet jacks or a projector, although
hopefully those are standard issue for all classrooms these days.

Just to be sure, though, could someone verify whether 32-155 has these
capabilities?

I've cc'ed Kurt and Brian, who are probably more knowledgeable about MIT's
campus than the rest of us.

Hi.

Below are the dates of the user group meetings for Boston Linux & UNIX for
2014. Can we reserve the rooms for these meetings, or at least the
earliest ones?

    Wednesday, January 15, 2014
    Wednesday, February 19, 2014
    Wednesday, March 19, 2014
    Wednesday, April 16, 2014
    Wednesday, May 21, 2014
    Wednesday, June 18, 2014
    Wednesday, July 16, 2014
    Wednesday, August 20, 2014
    Wednesday, September 17, 2014
    Wednesday, October 15, 2014
    Wednesday, November 19, 2014
    Wednesday, December 17, 2014

We typically have about 60 attendees, and the meeting runs from 6:30 pm to
9:00 pm. We need a video projector that takes a VGA input from a PC, and a
wired network jack. A convenient parking lot like E51 has is also a major
plus, as many of our attendees drive in from outside the city.

E51-315 is ideal for our meetings. If 315 is not available, then our
preferred alternatives are E51-325 and E51-335. If none of these are
available, then the next best rooms we've used in the past are E51-372,
E51-376, and E51-395.

Thanks!
